Cambria Hotel Ft Collins

I was in town for only 4 days to celebrate Chritmas with family. I was surprised the Hotel had put togheter a wrapping station for the guess to use. It made it very easy to wrap gifts. The lobby is very pretty, clean and inviting.. very friendly helpful staff.

We loved the location, which was just a mile off the freeway and near restaurants and stores in Ft. Collins. We thought the value was great and really enjoyed having a little extra space in the room. Rooms are quite spacious, with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee bar and sitting area with a desk. I also accidentally left an item in the room, which could've easily been taken. After calling the hotel directly, my item was in fact, returned and staff sent me to a third party, which took care of the shipping and returning part. I was thrilled and even surprised to get it back. Thanks to the honest cleaning and front desk staff at the Cambria for all they did!

Amazing, warm,, welcoming, ,helpful, professional staff who exude a cheerful "how can I help?" attitude. Everyone we encountered brought their own unique personality & sense of cheer that left us feeling that they were genuinely happy to see us & assist in any way they could. What a breath of fresh air to encounter a standout staff like yours that are genuinely glad to see you & seem to really enjoy their job & the role they play in the exceptional guest experience at the Cambria in Fort Collins. The design was beautiful, the room layout was unique for our budget. The staff was very friendly. I would have rated the staff higher, but we actually had very little occasion to interact because everything was already good. The only knock on the staff is that they could be a little more pro-active. i.e. "Good day, Sir/ma'am. Is there anything we can do to make your stay better?"

Convenient location, very nice and helpful staff, spacious rooms, clean, gorgeous huge lobby. I’ve stayed there in 2019 and 2023 and had a good experience both times. Great showers too :)
